Storey's story: GB’s greatest female Paralympian

Dame Sarah Storey has become Great Britain's most successful female Paralympian by winning her 12th gold medal, in the 3,000m individual pursuit.

The 38-year-old Para-cyclist shared the GB women's record for Paralympic titles with former wheelchair racer Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson.
