Baroness Scotland: No expenses extravagance

Commonwealth Secretary General Baroness Scotland has denied claims that she has overspent taxpayer money on refurbishing her official residence in London.

She told the Today programme that "none of those things which are alleged have been spent at all" and that "there have been no extravagance whatsoever".
