Smoke-filled BA plane passenger: 'There was a loud bang'

Joanne Kay and her son Josh were on board the British Airways plane and have described what happened.

British Airways has apologised to passengers after the plane's cabin filled with smoke 10 minutes before landing in Valencia, Spain.

The airline confirmed there was an "incident" on flight BA422 from London Heathrow and is investigating what went wrong.
