Covid-19: Public gives mixed reactions to increase in Covid cases

Following warnings from the government's chief scientific adviser, Sir Patrick Vallance, the public express concern about a potential further lockdown.

In an announcement on Monday he said the UK could see 50,000 new coronavirus cases a day by mid-October without further action.

It comes as the PM prepares to chair a Cobra emergency committee meeting on Tuesday morning, then make a statement in the House of Commons.
