Burnham: 'Major communications error' over Covid guidance
Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham says there has been a "fairly major communications error" over the updated Covid guidance in parts of northern England, including Bolton.
He claims that "nobody in our system" was told about the changes, but a Downing Street source told the BBC that all areas were informed about the latest advice.
