Frankie Thomas: Grieving family 'left with unanswered questions'

A mother whose daughter took her own life after viewing harmful online content at school has been calling for more support and information for families from big tech companies after a death.

Frankie Thomas, 15, died at home in Witley, Surrey, in September 2018, after viewing self-harm material.

Her mother, Judy Thomas, was speaking to the BBC's Laura Kuenssberg about the torment of "unanswered questions''.
