Mina Smallman puts Met Police chief on the spot over force failings

Mina Smallman, mother of murdered sisters Nicole Smallman and Bibaa Henry, addressed Sir Mark Rowley on Radio 4's Today Debate on Tuesday.

She told the Metropolitan Police Commissioner that there has been a missed opportunity to recognise institutional racism after Baroness Casey's report into standards and the culture in the force.
