'They were both found looking very peaceful' - Bronson Battersby's sister
The daughter of a man who was found dead with his young son in Lincolnshire has said she was told that they were found looking very peaceful.
"That is the only consolation I can take. That my little brother snuggled up to my dad," Melanie Battersby told the BBC's Midlands Correspondent Navtej Johal.
The bodies of 60-year-old Kenneth Battersby and two-year-old Bronson were discovered at their home in Skegness on 9th of January.
The man had suffered a heart attack and the boy is thought to have starved to death a few days later. The pair had not been seen for two weeks.
A review is being carried out by Lincolnshire County Council, and the police watchdog will also investigate.
Melanie wanted to speak to the BBC but said she wanted keep the focus on Kenneth and Bronson and not herself. The BBC agreed not to show her face.
