Jury sees Constance Marten's baby for first time in court video

Jurors in the trial of Constance Marten and Mark Gordon have for the first time seen images of the couple's baby, whose body was later found in a shed.

Ms Marten can be seen putting the baby under her coat as she leaves a taxi on East Ham high street, in east London, on 7 January 2023.

Later in the day at a restaurant in East Ham, the baby girl can be seen while Ms Marten readies a buggy that Mr Gordon had just bought in Argos.

The couple then put the baby into the buggy. The jury has heard that the couple dumped the buggy later that day.
