Green Party takes over Brighton council

They have been elected on a promise to "resist the cuts".
However the Brighton Green Party has many other ideas, ranging from better insulation programmes to meat-free Mondays on council premises.
Just moving from opposition to power on Brighton and Hove Council, external is an historic step - they are the first council in the country to be controlled by the Green Party, external.
I was filming "behind the scenes" in the run up to this week's handover.
