Paul Milburn killing: New plea over man shot in car in 1993

Detectives investigating the fatal shooting of a man in his car more than 20 years ago have named a man they want to talk to.
Officers have said they want speak to Justin Martin Clarke, 59, in connection with Paul Milburn's killing in 1993.
Mr Milburn, 43, from Surrey, died following attack in Noke Lane, St Albans, on 26 April 1993.
Hertfordshire Police said Mr Clarke uses various aliases and has connections in the UK and overseas.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
Det Insp Justine Jenkins said: "We have wanted to speak with Justin Clarke in connection with the murder of Paul Milburn for a number of years now.
"Justin Clarke uses different aliases including Martin Maher and Justin Martin, among other variations and combinations of his name. He has links to Birkenhead, Oxfordshire and London, as well Ireland, Croatia and Qatar.
"We would like to speak with anyone who has any information about his current whereabouts.
"Anyone who sees Clarke should not approach him but should contact police immediately via 999."
