Arrests after watches worth £400k stolen from Stoke-on-Trent jewellers

Seven men have been arrested over a burglary at a jewellery store in which £400,000 worth of watches were stolen.

The raid took place at Beaverbrooks at the Intu Potteries Shopping Centre in Stoke-on-Trent early on 10 March.

Two men aged 19, two aged 24, a 25-year-old man and two men aged 26, have been held on suspicion of conspiracy to commit burglary.

They were arrested in the Birmingham area on Wednesday and are also being held in connection with other raids.
