The Four Oarsmen take on Atlantic challenge

It's a journey that Christopher Columbus did more than 500 years ago and two friends from Northumberland have now set off on the same course.

Peter Robinson and Dicky Taylor are part of The Four Oarsmen and they are rowing from La Gomera to Antigua.

The team are hoping their training in the North Sea off the coast of Amble will help them deal with rough waters.
