Prince Philip: How Duke of Edinburgh's Award motivated young Londoners

Tributes have been paid to Prince Philip, who has died at the age of 99.

Many have come from those who took part in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme, which was founded in 1956.

The scheme has provided thousands of Londoners with outdoor experience and new skills.

It was Prince Philip's aim to encourage young people from all backgrounds to take part.
