Seven people have been charged or cautioned after incidents before, during and after Saturday's East Anglian derby football match.
A major policing operation oversaw the tense affair between Norwich City and Ipswich Town.
Norfolk Police said offences allegedly committed included a missile being thrown within the Carrow Road stadium and possession of class A drugs.
More than 27,000 fans saw the Canaries win 1-0 against their local rivals.
Six men, aged from their 20s to their 60s and from across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex, have been charged and either released on bail ahead of a court appearance or cautioned.
The charges included possession of a pyrotechnic at a sporting event, obstructing a police officer and being drunk and disorderly.
A teenage boy arrested on suspicion of causing harassment under the Public Order Act was released on bail pending further investigation.
The force said its policing for the top-of-the-table Championship clash had been planned months in advance, with officers from Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and British Transport Police also in attendance.
The crowd included more than 2,000 Ipswich fans.
Aside from the arrests, match day policing commander Supt Kris Barnard said: "I want to thank everybody for their understanding and co-operation in helping us to ensure this match passed off safely."
