Man stabbed to death in Hemel Hempstead

A 21-year-old man died after being stabbed in the centre of Hemel Hempstead in Hertfordshire.
The attack, which police are treating as murder, happened in Market Square at about 01:30 GMT on Sunday.
Police said the victim, Billy Dove, from Hemel Hempstead, died as a result of a stab wound. The scene has been cordoned off for forensic examination.
Two 17-year-old boys from Hemel Hempstead have been arrested on suspicion of murder.
They are currently being questioned.
Det Supt Mick Hanlon said: "Investigations are under way but at this stage it is unclear as to exactly what happened.
"The area would have been busy at the time and I would ask anyone who has not already spoken to police to call us with information.
"Our thoughts are with the victim's family at this time."
