A cannabis factory with 3,000 growing plants has been found by police at an abandoned warehouse in Bedfordshire.
A 28-year-old man who tried to flee when police and council environmental protection officers raided the unit was arrested after a short pursuit.
Officers were called to Stockton End in Sandy on Monday after a report of suspicious activity at a derelict factory on an industrial estate.
The arrested man was later released on bail pending further investigations.
Officers searching the warehouse found sophisticated cultivation equipment and a shotgun with used and unused cartridges.
