Cyclist hit-and-run death: Man arrested

A 26-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving after a car that failed to stop hit a cyclist in Bedfordshire.
The crash happened in Vincent Road, Luton, shortly before 16:15 BST on Wednesday.
The cyclist, a 19-year-old man, died from his injuries.
Police, who sealed off the scene for forensic inquiries, appealed for the driver of a silver or grey car seen in the area to contact them urgently.
