A teenager has been charged with the murder of a 15-year-old boy found stabbed in the chest.

Koy Bentley was fatally wounded on the fifth floor of flats on Water Lane in Watford on June 5.

A 15-year-old from Willesden, London, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear at Hatfield Remand Court on Monday.

A 24-year-old man from Greenwich who was arrested on suspicion of murder has been bailed.
