Two people were taken to hospital and five were arrested after police were called to a fight in a street on Friday.

Bedfordshire Police were called to Oakley Road in Luton just after 17:30 GMT and put road closures in place.

The force said two men were taken to hospital after a road traffic collision and five people were arrested in connection with that incident.

It has asked for anyone with any information to contact them.

Road closures were put in place between the junction of Dunstable Road and Oakley Road, and Roman Road and Stoneygate Road and police advised people to use alternative routes.
