Pedestrian dies four weeks after St Albans car crash

A pedestrian in her 70s has died four weeks after a car crash.
Hertfordshire Police said the woman was hit by a white Renault in St Albans on Friday, 1 December and died in hospital on Sunday, 31 December.
The incident happened on Hatfield Road, at the junction with Sutton Road, at about 12:20 GMT and the woman was airlifted to hospital.
Officers appealed for witnesses, and anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward.
