Man in his 20s stabbed in neck during Welwyn Garden City brawl

Officers have asked witnesses to come forward

A man in his 20s was stabbed in the neck during a fight, police said.

Three men were involved in a brawl at about 13:30 BST on Wednesday, near the pedestrian crossing before the Twentieth Mile Bridge in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire Police said.

The force appealed for anyone who saw a Black Vauxhall Mokka in the area at the time to get in touch.

Officers asked anyone who was in the area between Chequers and Stanborough Road with information to contact them.
