A man who died in the Jubilee River in Berkshire has been described as "a very loving family member".

Michael Scaife, 20, sparked a police and fire service search when he went missing in the river near The Myrke at Datchet.

His body was found on Saturday by Thames Valley Police.

Mr Scaife's family said in a statement: "Michael was a very loving family member, who will be greatly missed by his mum, dad, brother and two sisters."

They added: "He was involved with The Prince's Trust who had a very strong impact on his recent life, so much that he was hoping to work for them to give back to others."
