Slough hotels proposal given green light

The plans feature two hotels within one 10-storey building on the former library site

Plans for two new hotels within one 10-storey building in Slough have been given the go-ahead by councillors.

Slough Borough Council granted planning permission to redevelop the old library site in Windsor Road with the two hotels on Monday.

A restaurant and bar will also be built.

The hotels form part of the Heart of Slough project which has also provided a new bus station, cultural centre and office developments.
