Thousands of runners compete in Reading half marathon

Thousands of runners have taken part in Reading's annual half marathon.
The elite men's race was won by Scott Overall and Steph Twell took the women's honours.
Road closures along the route were put in place at 07:00 and have now been lifted.
Last year the half marathon in the Berkshire town was called off three hours before it was set to start because snow and ice left the course unsafe.
The 13.1-mile (21km) run started at 10:15 GMT at Green Park with more than 14,000 runners finishing at the Madejski Stadium.
Scott Overall said: "The course is good, when you come through the town centre it's tight and twisty.
"The crowd really get behind you - once you come into the stadium its a nice atmosphere and a nice venue to finish in."
