A body has been found following a search for a boy who was seen getting into difficulty in the River Thames.
A search was carried out between Bourne End in Buckinghamshire, and Cookham in Berkshire, after a report on Monday afternoon that the teenager had not been seen to leave the water.
Thames Valley Police said a body had been recovered from the water by divers.
The death was described as unexplained but not suspicious.
A woman's body was recovered from the river at nearby Maidenhead on Monday.
Police, local residents and specialist divers were involved in the search for the teenager, who was seen entering the water at about 15:00 BST.
Boulters Lock and Cookham Lock were both closed during the search.
The teenager's next of kin have been informed.
Det Insp Mark Carolan said: "Our thoughts remain with the boy's family at this incredibly difficult time."
