Body found in Caversham river search for missing man

A body has been found during a search of the River Thames for a missing man.
Emergency services began a search at about 13:00 BST on Wednesday after a man was seen entering the water near Caversham Bridge, Berkshire.
Thames Valley Police said a man's body was recovered on Thursday afternoon. His next of kin have been informed.
The force said the death was unexplained but was not being treated as suspicious. A file is being prepared for the coroner.
A spokesman said: "Our thoughts remain with the man's family at this incredibly difficult time.
"Thank you to the emergency services, local residents and Berkshire Lowland Search and Rescue who assisted our officers."
