M4: Woman dies as crash shuts motorway near Theale exit

A woman has died and two people seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash on the M4 in Berkshire.
Thames Valley Police said a black Nissan vehicle and a white van collided near junction 12 for Theale shortly before 08:45 GMT.
A woman in her 60s died at the scene. Two other people were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The westbound carriageway of the motorway is likely to remain closed for most of Monday.
Police have appealed for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
