A woman has died nearly two months after a collision involving five cars.

Police were called to the A4130 at Rosehill, Berkshire, shortly after 16:30 GMT on 3 November.

A woman in her 70s has since died while a man in his 30s has been discharged from hospital, officers said.

Police have appealed for witnesses to the incident, in which an eastbound black Mercedes E220 collided with a white Mercedes GLC, a black Honda Civic, a grey Audi A1 and a Volvo XC90.

Det Con Joy Jarvis said: "Our thoughts are with the woman's family and friends at this difficult time.

"I would reappeal to anyone who may have witnessed what happened, or who has dashcam that may help our investigation, to please come forward."
