Bicester murder arrests after injured man dies

A woman and a man have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a man died, police have said.

Thames Valley Police officers went to a property on Mullein Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire, at 12:20 GMT, following reports that a man had been injured.

The victim, in his 40s, was treated by paramedics but pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said the victim and those arrested, who are in their 20s, were known to each other.

The force has appealed for anyone with information to get in touch.

Officers currently have two scene watches in place, which are likely to remain for "some time", it added.

The victim's next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers.
