Ticket machine issues affecting three council car parks in West Berkshire mean drivers can only pay with their mobile phones.
The council said the problem affected five car parks initially on 15 April - two have since been fixed.
Cash and card payments cannot be made at Station Road car park in Hungerford and at the Station and Northbrook multi-storeys in Newbury.
