Marathon runner 'Blind Dave' Heeley to start fun run

Record-breaking marathon runner "Blind Dave" Heeley is to officially start a BBC-backed leukaemia appeal fun run.
BBC WM 95.6 Red Alert Appeal for Cure Leukaemia, externalis hoping the run will raise enough money to pay for a specialist nurse at Birmingham Children's Hospital.
The Richard Massey Memorial 5k fun run, takes place in Sutton Park on 27 May.
Richard, a pupil at Fairfax School in Sutton Coldfield, died aged 16 in March 2009.
In 2008, Mr Heeley, from West Bromwich, became the first blind person to complete seven marathons in seven days on seven continents, raising thousands of money for charity.
Up to 2,000 people can take part in the run by completing an entry form from the Cure Leukaemia website.
