Teenagers guilty of street murder in Handsworth, Birmingham

Two teenagers have been convicted of murder and attempted murder after a man died during a random street attack.
Lukasz Furmanek, 24, died in May on Grove Lane, Handsworth, Birmingham. Joseph Dudek, 31, was left critically ill, West Midlands Police said.
Abdullah Atiqzoy, 18, of Oldbury and Sadam Essakhil, 16, of Small Heath, carried out the "shocking" attack.
At Birmingham Crown Court, Feizullah Atiqzoy, 24, of no fixed address, was found guilty of assisting an offender.

Both victims were stabbed several times, police said.
Det Insp Jim Munro, from the force's homicide team, said: "The attack was sudden, shocking and brutal, which left one man dead and his friend fighting for life.
"Fortunately Joseph Dudek has made a full recovery."
Abdullah Atiqzoy, of Elizabeth Crescent; Essakhil, of Hob Moor Road; and Feizullah Atiqzoy are due to be sentenced on 15 January.
