Work to transform a shopping street in the centre of Keighley has been completed, Bradford Council confirmed.
The work, paid for by the government-funded Keighley Towns Fund, was carried out on Low Street in two phases.
The project included new lighting, pavement improvements, raised planters, new signage and additional seating.
The Town Deal Board said the work, which cost just over £500,000, would make a "significant difference to an already vibrant part of the town".
Low Street is located between the Airedale Shopping Centre and Keighley Market, and the improvement work has been completed in two stages to minimise disruption for businesses.
The first phase was completed at the Church Green end of Low Street in 2019.
The second stage, including the section from Market Street to Hanover Street, has now been finished.
'Positive impact'
Steve Seymour, manager of the Airedale Shopping Centre, said: "Following on from the first phase of public realm works, these improvements to Low Street have made a positive difference to the appearance and paths on Low Street and the approach to the centre."
He said the new finishes were "modern" but in keeping with the "Yorkshire features and appearance" of the area.
Liz Barker, acting chair of Keighley's Town Deal Board, said: "We're so pleased to see another Towns Fund project making such a positive impact in Keighley, and it will continue to do so for years to come."
