First Bus to remind drivers about Youth Unlimited cards

Bus company First Bus says it will further educate its drivers over a new youth ticketing scheme, after complaints from a passenger.
Student Kyle Williamson was refused permission to use the Student Unlimited card more than 30 times in the past few months.
He said he had complained to South Gloucestershire Council and First Bus.
The scheme, launched in April, offers discounted travel for young people in full-time education or training.
Mr Williamson said: "The drivers aren't aware of what the reduction is and they don't know how to charge it, they've never seen the card before.
"Every time I show it I get challenged."
Simon Cursio, the commercial director for First in Avon and Somerset, said it was "clear the message has not got out to our drivers".
"We've put a few things in place to increase that awareness and it's clear that we have to improve our communication.
"I think what we will do is get some more notices out to our drivers and follow it up with our depot managers."
