Bristol police warning after woman sexually assaulted

Police are advising women in Bristol to take "sensible precautions" after a woman was sexually assaulted as she walked home early on Saturday.
An Avon and Somerset Police spokesman said a man approached the victim on a footpath in St Werburghs at about 04:30 BST.
He started talking to her and she walked away, but he followed and sexually assaulted her.
The man was disturbed by a cyclist and ran off, the spokesman said.
'Fear of violence'
Det Sgt Roger Doxsey said: "Incidents like this are rare, however, I would advise all women to take normal, sensible safety precautions when they are out late at night in the city centre."
Sian Norris, from Bristol Feminist Network, said that urging women to take sensible precautions was good advice.
"But we strongly believe every woman has the right to walk around the street without fear of violence," she added.
The attacker is described as black, slim, in his 30s and about 6ft tall.
The spokesman said he was described as smartly dressed in a navy sweater, jeans and black loafers, and had a shaven head.
Officers are urging anyone who can identify him to contact the force.
