The trial of a South African man accused of killing honeymooner Anni Dewani in Cape Town in 2010 can go ahead.
A judge at a South African high court ruled Xolile Mngeni, who has a brain tumour, is fit to stand trial.
Mr Mngeni was named as an accomplice by Mziwamadoda Qwabe who last week pleaded guilty to her murder.
Shrien Dewani, 32, from Bristol, is accused of arranging his wife's murder. He and Mr Mngeni deny any wrongdoing.
Qwabe was jailed last Wednesday for 25 years.
An extradition order for Mr Dewani to face trial in South Africa had been agreed but was halted by the High Court in London, on mental health grounds.
Mr Dewani owns a care home in Bristol, in the west of England, where the couple lived before Mrs Dewani was killed.
