Bristolian's views on changing the name of Colston Hall

A fresh campaign has been begun to rename Colston Hall - which shares its name with one of the city's well-known slave traders.

Those who have signed the petition say the hall should be named after something or someone genuinely worth celebrating.

Edward Colston made much of his fortune through the slave trade but also funded good causes around the city, such as founding almshouses and schools.

These people shared their views with the BBC.
