Bristol: Driver in hospital after city centre crash

Police, fire and ambulance services attended the crash

A driver has been taken to hospital following a two-vehicle crash in a city centre.

Avon and Somerset Police were called to the crash at Temple Way, in Bristol, at around 19:00 BST.

One of the drivers was extracted from the vehicle by the fire service and put into an ambulance.

"Recovery work is continuing at the scene, and the road re-opened at around 21.30 BST," said a spokesperson for the police.
