A 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with the stabbing of a 16-year-old boy.

The teenager remains in hospital in a critical, but stable condition after he was stabbed in a McDonald's in Bristol city centre on 9 February.

Two men, aged 18 and 19, who were previously arrested, are on conditional police bail pending further enquiries.

A 13-year-old boy who was also arrested has been released without charge.

A police spokesperson said the men on bail had been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm in connection with the incident.
