Unmarked World War One grave in Bristol identified as Harry Dunn

A forgotten soldier from World War One has finally been identified in a new photograph.

Historians found the grave of Driver Harry Dunn in Bristol - but had no idea who he was.

But it was only after a successful appeal by BBC Points West that relatives started to come forward and his long-lost family was reconnected - reaching as far as Canada.

The Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) created a new headstone for serviceman Harry Dunn and appealed for information when relatives started to come forward.

The Army have now confirmed that a picture shows Mr Dunn, from Brislington, Bristol, before he died from pneumonia in 1919.
