Developers want to convert the disused office block into apartments

Plans to transform a disused office block into 32 apartments have been submitted.

The five-storey College House on College Green in Bristol will be redeveloped if the city council approves the application.

The applicant's agent said the building had previously been approved for redevelopment into 28 homes, but the consent had since expired.

Nearby retail outlets will not be affected by the proposals.

The offices were last occupied by Icon Films and Creative England, according to the Local Democracy Reporting Service.

Part of the basement and ground floor, and the entire first, second, third and fourth storeys at College House would become flats under the plans.
