Exhibition over Cambridgeshire solar farm

An exhibition showing Cambridgeshire residents what the county's first solar farm could look like, will start later.

Vogt Solar Ltd wants to apply for planning permission to build the energy farm on 30 acres of agricultural land north of Bourn, near Cambridge.

It could provide enough clean energy to power about 1,200 homes, the company said.

The public exhibition will be held in Bourn at Grange Park, Broadway, on Wednesday afternoon.
