Cyclist dies in crash with car in Cambridge

A man has died after a crash between a car and a cyclist on Cambridge's Newmarket Road
A cyclist has died in a crash involving a car in the centre of Cambridge.
Emergency services were called to Newmarket Road, close to the Elizabeth Way roundabout, at about 21:15 GMT on Wednesday.
The cyclist, a man in his 60s, was treated for his injuries but died at the scene. He has not yet been named.
Police say the accident involved a red Ford Focus C-Max and are appealing for witnesses to get in contact with them.
