A motorcyclist who died in a crash was an "incredible personality who was taken way too soon", his family said.

Bradley Roberts, 30, who lived in East Cambridgeshire, died at the scene when his Kawasaki and a car crashed in Littleport, Cambridgeshire, last week.

His family said Mr Roberts was a "fantastic husband, father, brother, son and friend".

The car driver, a 64-year-old woman from Suffolk, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.

The crash happened at about 16:15 GMT on 31 January on the A1101 Mildenhall Road, at the junction with Mile End Road.

Mr Roberts was pronounced dead at the scene and the driver of a Nissan Qashqai, a woman from Brandon, was arrested and bailed until 24 April.

In a tribute released through Cambridgeshire Police, Mr Roberts' family said: "While he will be remembered as the wonderful, caring man and kind soul who would do anything to help anyone in need, he'll mostly be remembered for his witty sarcasm, loyalty, intelligence and perfectionism.

"He was captivating and hilarious to be around, and there was never a dull moment in his presence.

"His dedication, passion and love is unmatched. He was an incredible personality who was taken way too soon. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him."

Police are still appealing for anyone who has dashcam footage of the incident to contact officers.
