A road in a town centre has reopened after it was closed by police following an incident.
Huntingdonshire Police said it was dealing with a police incident on George Street in Huntingdon.
In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, external, it said: "The road will be closed for a significant amount of time - please avoid the area."
Shortly after 17:00 GMT Huntingdonshire Police said on X,, external the closure "has now be lifted".
It also thanked people for their patience.
The BBC has contacted Cambridgeshire Constabulary for comment.
