Four illegal immigrants found working in two Cornish restaurants will be deported, officials have said.

A Pakistani man and three Chinese people were discovered working in two St Austell restaurants following raids by the UK Border Agency.

The Pakistani man was found to have entered the UK illegally after a raid at a restaurant in Grants Walk.

Two men, aged 52 and 33, and a woman, 21, from China, were found working illegally at a restaurant in Roche.

Officers found the 52-year-old man had breached the conditions of his visa and the 33-year-old was a failed asylum seeker.

The 21-year-old was found to have entered the UK illegally.

All four were arrested and are awaiting deportation.
