Two men have been taken to hospital after their yacht capsized in squally conditions off Cornwall.
The 30ft (9m) yacht was about half-a-mile (800m) off Trevose Head, near Padstow, when it got into difficulty at about 18:20 BST on Wednesday.
A man in his 20s was rescued from the water. The other, in his 80s, managed to climb back on board the vessel.
The pair were taken on board a lifeboat and then winched on to a helicopter from RNAS Culdrose, the RNLI said.
The sailors were taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro. There were no reports of any serious injuries.
The yacht was towed back to Padstow by the lifeboat, which was on an exercise in the area and experienced force six (about 24 knot) winds, the RNLI said.
