Porthleven was one of the worst hit areas as the outer harbour was breached causing damage to boats

In Porthleven boats are being removed from the harbour before the next storms

The grade two listed clock tower in Kingsand has been condemned by the Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service because it is in such a dangerous state as a result of Wednesday's storms.

Parts of the clock tower in Kingsand are now strewn across beach.

Work is underway in west Cornwall to fix the gaping hole in Newlyn Green, before the next storms arrive
