Morleigh Care Group sells assets after TV-filmed incidents

A care provider which was the subject of undercover filming on a BBC Panorama programme has sold its business.
The Morleigh Care Group has sold all of its assets to Cornwallis Care Services, which will take over all six homes from Monday.
The group suffered reputational damage last month after secret recordings showed "horrifying" levels of care.
No reason has been given for the sale, but the owners have said they will not make financial gain.
Incidents in the privately-run residential nursing homes in Cornwall were secretly filmed by the BBC in November. They showed one nurse saying she would give morphine to a resident "to shut her up".
Patricia Juleff, owner of the Morleigh Group, said: "This sale secures the care of all residents under experienced ownership, whilst protecting the jobs of our current staff."
